Tischtennis Allround

Welcome to Tisch Tennis Allround, the fastest reaction sports in the world.

This course is for all Table Tennis (Ping-Pong) players and fitness levels.


It has 3 main parts 15 – 60 – 15 min so that together an all-round level is achieved and improved:

  1. Mobility: Mobilizing muscles needed for the best hand eye coordination.
  2. Table Tennis: Introduce and improve Techniques (Serves, Defense/Attack, Game Strategies)
  3. Strength: Increase Fitness by strengthening muscles that are required to be quicker and stronger.

 

Table Tennis is a Strength-Endurance (Kraftausdauer) Sport that requires a constant delivery of middle to high performance strength (not HIIT) for extended times (few mins).

In a typical all-round game or a training session, Power comes from the legs, Stability and Control from the Abs / back muscles and finally precision from the Upper Body (Arms and Hands)


All you need, is a Racket and Sport Clothing
